Alfredo
Ingredients:
- 72 grams of heavy whipping cream
- 0.5 grams of corn starch
- 18 grams of fresh parmesan cheese
- 5 grams of fresh romano cheese (can sub for additional parmesan if you don't have romano)
- 17.1 grams of unsalted butter
- 0.35 grams of salt
Instructions:
In a small to medium-sized pot, combine whipping cream and cornstarch. Whisk until smooth and no clumps remain.
Add Parmesan, Romano cheese, unsalted butter, and salt. Set the heat to simmer/low, stirring often to prevent the sauce from scorching.
