Caprese Salad
Instructions:
Begin by finely chopping the basil leaves. Proceed to slice the grape tomatoes into quarters and the mozzarella into thin slices.

Toss all ingredients in a salad bowl, then portion out for each serving.

- 50 grams grape tomatoes
- 80 grams fresh mozzarella or fresh buffalo mozzarella
- 30 grams baby spinach
