Cilantro Lime Parmesan Rice

Ingredients for 1 serving(s):

  • 60 grams of rice (parboiled style)
  • 99 grams of water
  • 10 grams of unsalted butter
  • 10 grams of parmesan
  • 6 grams of cilantro
  • 3.5 grams of lime juice
  • 1 gram of salt

Instructions:

  1. Measure the required amount of water and pour it into a pot. Place the pot on the stove and set the heat to high. As the water heats up, weigh the rice. Once the water reaches a boil, add the rice and butter to the pot.

  2. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cover the pot. Stir the rice occasionally to prevent sticking. While the rice simmers, measure out the remaining ingredients.

  3. After the rice is fully cooked, add cilantro, lime juice, parmesan cheese, and salt to the pot. Mix everything thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined, then serve.
