Fried: Buffalo Cauliflower

Instructions:

  1. Cut the cauliflower into florets. Toss the florets in a bowl with pepper, salt, garlic powder, paprika, Frank's buffalo sauce, and egg(s) until evenly coated.

  2. In a separate large bowl, combine the flour and cornstarch. Transfer the seasoned cauliflower pieces into the flour mixture, ensuring each piece is fully coated.

  3. Heat oil in a large pot or pan over high heat. To test if the oil is ready, sprinkle a pinch of flour into it—if it sizzles immediately, the oil is hot enough. Carefully add the coated cauliflower to the hot oil and fry for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown.

  4. Once fried, transfer the cauliflower to a baking rack to drain excess grease, allowing it to crisp as it cools.

  5. Place the fried cauliflower in a large bowl and toss with additional Frank's buffalo sauce until fully coated.

  6. Serve the buffalo cauliflower with your favorite dipping sauce for a spicy, crispy treat, or wrap it up in a tortilla with your favorite toppings for a flavor-packed dinner. Either way, get ready for a meal that’s finger-lickin’ good and sure to impress!
