Guacamole

Ingredients:

  • 133 grams of avocado (roughly 1 medium avocado)
  • 6.7 grams of jalapeno
  • 16.7 grams of Roma tomato
  • 4 grams of red onion
  • 3.3 grams of cilantro
  • 4.3 grams of lime juice
  • 1.2 grams of salt
  • 0.2 grams of red pepper flakes

Instructions:

  1. Slice the avocado in half, remove the seed, dice into chunks, and place it in a bowl.

  2. Dice the jalapeño, Roma tomato, and red onion. Rinse the cilantro thoroughly and chop it finely.

  3. Add the diced vegetables, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and red pepper flakes to the bowl with the avocado. Stir gently until everything is well combined and creamy.
