Mango Salsa
Ingredients for 1 serving:
- 20 grams mangoes
 - 10 grams red bell peppers
 - 27 grams Roma tomatoes
 - 7 grams red onions
 - 9 grams jalapenos (this weight can vary depending on how hot your jalapenos are)
 - 2.7 grams cilantro
 - 0.7 grams salt
 - 2.3 grams lime
 - 23 grams avocado
 
Instructions:
Finely dice all ingredients, except for the avocado, to roughly the size of a popcorn kernel or slightly larger.
To prevent browning, dice the avocado and add it to the salsa 5-10 minutes before serving.
Serve the salsa over grilled chicken as a delicious topping.
