Mango Salsa

Ingredients for 1 serving:

  • 20 grams mangoes
  • 10 grams red bell peppers
  • 27 grams Roma tomatoes
  • 7 grams red onions
  • 9 grams jalapenos (this weight can vary depending on how hot your jalapenos are)
  • 2.7 grams cilantro
  • 0.7 grams salt
  • 2.3 grams lime
  • 23 grams avocado

Instructions:

  1. Finely dice all ingredients, except for the avocado, to roughly the size of a popcorn kernel or slightly larger.

  2. To prevent browning, dice the avocado and add it to the salsa 5-10 minutes before serving.

  3. Serve the salsa over grilled chicken as a delicious topping.
