Nocello Drizzle

Ingredients:

  • 10 grams of Nocello liquor
  • 22.3 grams of unsalted butter
  • 8.3 grams of honey
  • 6.7 grams of chopped pecans

Instructions:

  1. Combine ingredients in a pot.

  2. Simmer on low-medium heat, stirring often to avoid thickening into a candy consistency.

  3. Once thickened, drizzle over your favorite fish.
