Spinach and Artichoke Dip
Ingredients:
- 39.5 grams of chopped frozen spinach
- 1.8 grams of softened garlic
- 18.8 grams of chopped artichoke hearts
- 22.5 grams of sour cream
- 6 grams of mozzarella
- 5 grams of parmesan
- 0.3 grams of salt
- 0.1 grams of black pepper
- 0.1 grams of crushed red pepper
- 7.5 grams of finely chopped white onion
- 8 grams of mozzarella (for topping)
- 4 grams of parmesan (for topping)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the garlic in a small baking dish and microwave for 10 seconds, just until softened. Once cool enough to handle, squeeze the softened garlic from its skins.
In a large bowl, stir all the ingredients together until well blended.
Spread the mixture evenly into an 8x8-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the layer of parmesan and mozzarella cheese over the top for a golden, bubbly finish.
Place the dish in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheeses are melted, bubbly, and lightly golden.
Serve warm with toasted baguette slices, crackers, tortilla chips, or fresh veggies for the ultimate creamy, cheesy dip experience!
