Peruvian Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 13.2 grams of jalapenos
  • 6.6 grams of cilantro
  • 2.8 grams of green onion
  • 2.6 grams of garlic clove
  • 14 grams of sour cream
  • 11 grams of Greek yogurt
  • 2.7 grams of lime juice
  • 0.5 grams of salt
  • 0.1 grams of black pepper
  • 4.5 grams of olive oil

Instructions

  1. Prep the Ingredients
    Deseed the jalapeños and rinse the cilantro thoroughly.

  2. Blend
    Place all the weighed ingredients into a blender. Puree until the mixture is completely smooth.
