Corn/Flour Tortillas

Ingredients:

  • 154 grams of Water
  • 59 grams of Flour
  • 24.4 grams of Corn flour
  • 0.4 count of Eggs
  • 0.8 grams of Salt

3 tortillas per serving

Instructions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients thoroughly.

  2. Next, preheat a skillet over medium-low heat and lightly grease it if needed.

  3. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter into the center of the skillet using your 1/4 cup as a scooper. Quickly tilt the skillet in a circular motion so the batter spreads out into a thin, 6-7-inch diameter tortilla.

  4. Allow the tortilla to cook until the edges appear dry, which typically takes about 2 minutes. Flip the tortilla over and cook the second side until it turns golden brown, also about 2 minutes.
