Tzatziki Dip
Ingredients:
- 14.2 grams of cucumber
- 0.7 grams of dill
- 0.8 grams of garlic clove
- 0.3 grams of salt
- 1.3 grams of olive oil
- 3.3 grams of lemon juice
- 41.7 grams of Greek yogurt
Instructions:
Shred the cucumber and place it in a paper towel or clean kitchen cloth. Squeeze out as much excess moisture as possible to keep the sauce thick and creamy.
Finely chop the fresh dill and garlic, ensuring they blend smoothly into the sauce.
Juice the lemon, removing any seeds, to add a bright and zesty kick.
In a medium bowl, combine the shredded cucumber, dill, garlic, lemon juice, and the rest of the ingredients. Stir thoroughly until well blended and smooth.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve, allowing the flavors to meld together.
